Oh, Lael, you're sweet. But you saw me at your uncle's with my first real loaf of bread--my hands a complete sticky mess and the dough tearing with every stretch. It was pretty bad. I'm glad you think I'm improving, but I know I have a long way to go. But thanks for the encouragement; I'm glad I'm overcoming my fear of baking bread in front of you; my next step is to be able to make Indian food when Hima is home, haha.
